We are certain that you will be very happy with your chain or necklace, but if you have any problems with it then we are happy to announce we have a no-quibble 30 day returns policy, all that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to return the item by e-mail. If this happens we can either issue a refund for the returned item or you can find a suitable replacement on the website and refund you any difference.
If you are returning an item to us then you need to include all the original packaging. We expect items to be returned in the same condition they were sent out in.
Postage Costs For Returns
All the refunds we give out for unwanted items will be less postage costs. If you have bought an item and received free postage or a promotional postage rate then you will get a refund less the standard cost of p&p for chainsandnecklaces.co.uk.
Paying Out Refunds
If you have paid by Paypal or with a debit or credit card then the refund will be paid directly back onto that card. If you have paid by cheque or a money order then you will be refunded by way of cheque. Refunds will be made once you have notified us of your intention to cancel an order but may take several days to be processed.
