We are certain that you will be very happy with your chain or necklace, but if you have any problems with it then we are happy to announce we have a no-quibble 21 day returns policy, all that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to return the item. If this happens we can either issue a refund for the item or you can find a suitable replacement on the website and refund you any difference.
Condition of Returns
If you are returning an item to us then you need to include all the original packaging. We expect items to be returned in the same condition they were sent out in. We advise all customers to return items via an insured method.
Engraved items can only be cancelled prior to engraving. Once engraved we cannot accept returns for engraved items. However, if your item is not to the specifications on the order or is faulty please contact us. Please note that engraving is as per the text entered on the product page. Please check that this does not contain any errors as we cannot accept returns for mistakes made during the order process.
If you have any specific requirements for engraving, such as size or positioning of text please contact prior to engraving.
Postage Costs For Returns
If an order is cancelled within the 7 Day cooling off period we will issue a full refund including postage. If its out with this but with 21 days the refund will only be for the cost of the goods.
Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.
Paying Out Refunds
If you have paid by Paypal or with a debit or credit card then the refund will only be paid directly back via that method. If you have paid by cheque or a money order then you will be refunded by way of cheque. All refunds will be made within 30 days but we normally process them a lot quicker.
